Mitch & Brittanys Announcement Session

This session reminded me why I love being a photographer oh so much. Brittany reached out to me in October to tell me that she was pregnant and I was one of the first people to know. She wanted to capture the excitement of the news to share with her friends and family. One thing about being pregnant, there are a lot of people to share the news with and you want to do it in a memorable way! I am SO glad that Brittany reached out to me and let me into their lives to capture these annoucement photos. I suggested Eugene S. Nowicki park because it wasn't far from them and it's beautiful in the winter. They came with baby shoes, a felt board, an ultrasound and a onesie. We were able to capture their excitement along with these props and create beautiful photos to share with their friends and family! I cannot wait for their maternity photoshoot in May.

Let's talk about privacy! In some situations it's important to the client that the photos aren't shared until their baby is born, or they have posted them first, or in some cases, not at all. As much as I love your photos and want to show them to the world, this is not a problem at all. Just let me know your concerns at booking and I can accommodate. In this situation, Mitch and Brittany, understandably, didn't want me to share their photos until they got the chance to share them first! It's my pleasure to be let into your life to capture these special moments and I would love nothing more to respect these wishes for you!
